Our online refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We offer a refund on any unworn and unused product, returned in its original packaging and original condition.

O’Dwyer’s Golf Store will not accept returns for used golf equipment unless it is defective. Once equipment or clothing has been used or worn it is no longer considered new.

If that’s the case we’ll arrange a courier collection for the faulty product(s). As soon as we have the returned item(s) we’ll refund you or complete any arrangements we agreed in advance.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at odwyersgolf@gmail.com to check availability and advice you on the exchange process.
