Returns and Refund Policy

Our online refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We offer a refund on any unworn and unused product, returned in its original packaging and original condition.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

The product(s) is(are) your responsibility until it(they) reach us. The cost of returning the product(s) to us is your responsibility.

O’Dwyer’s Golf Store will not accept returns for used golf equipment unless it is defective. Once equipment or clothing has been used or worn it is no longer considered new.

If that’s the case we’ll arrange a courier collection for the faulty product(s).  As soon as we have the returned item(s) we’ll refund you or complete any arrangements we agreed in advance.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at to check availability and advice you on the exchange process.
